Johnny Walker announces he suffered a severe injury in his devastating knockout loss to Jamahal Hill… To undergo John Kavanagh replaced surgery

UFC Light Heavyweight Contender Johnny Walker has had a bumpy ride since his debut in the biggest MMA organisation in the world, starting on the top with 3 spectacular knockout wins. All that went away when he was finished by former UFC fighter Corey “They are Levels to this” Anderson.

Since then Walker has been on and off with his performances, losing two of our his last three fights. Last Saturday was his chance to return to the win column but it didn’t as planned and lost by a devastating knockout against Jamahal Hill.

Not long after the loss he made a statement via his Instagram, saying that he went to sleep. Clip can be seen below.

Fight fans and fighters alike have reacted to the viral knockout criticising his current coach John Kavanagh for his poorly done job since he joined SBG in Ireland. Some even made the comparison with viral self defence coach Dale Brown from D.U.S.T. In Detroit.

After all the backlash towards his coach, Walker announced via his Twitter that he suffered a severe injury during the fight and will undergo surgery to replace John Kavanagh.
